Registry Cleaner XP

With XP having so many different registry cleaners available for it, there’s no wonder that one of the biggest problems that people face is that they don’t know which cleaner to pick for their PC. This choice is made worse by all the horror stories you hear about people who have used the wrong registry cleaner, and have ruined their PC as a result. Luckily, we’ve found the best registry cleaner for XP, from years of testing.

The problem with most XP registry cleaner tools is actually very simple. You see, all registry cleaners work to clean out the “registry”, which is a big database that stores all sorts of information about your computer. Everything from your latest computer settings to your most recent files, are all kept in this database, making it one of the most important and frequently used parts of your system. However, the registry is also the cause of some of the biggest problems on your computer, from a slow system to constant errors.

XP registry cleaners work by scanning the entire registry database and then fixing any part that’s damaged or broken. However, because the registry is so big, and is constantly changing & updating, there’s no wonder that many registry cleaners are not powerful enough to fix it properly. Most registry cleaners which are meant to fix the XP registry are simply not able to keep up with all the damaged parts of the database, because they are not programmed to do so. This means that if you use one of these low quality registry cleaners on your XP machine, you could actually putting your computer at major risk of problems.

Luckily, we’ve been testing registry cleaners for several years now, and have found a cleaner which works extremely well on XP. This cleaner is called “RegAce” and is one of the latest on the market. RegAce is a powerful registry cleaner which has been designed to work on the latest version of Windows – Windows 7 – and as a result, has many advanced features which have been designed for that job. However, these advanced features have also made this cleaner extremely effective for XP… so much so that we tested it on our test computer and it found 3,500 errors… whilst the other XP cleaners could only find 2,000 at best.
